Community Hire

Our spaces are available for use by not-for-profit, charity and community groups.

At the heart of a creative hub, both the Coach House and Training Room offer space for connection, development of ideas and meet ups.

We invite our community to use the spaces how they need them: from away days for small community organisations, to collaboration for collectives or charity board meetings.

Key information

• Coach House capacity: 60
• Training Room capacity: 20
• Both spaces have AV equipment, with projection in-situ and hybrid technology available upon request.
• Spaces are available for community hire from 9.30am–4.30pm Tuesday–Friday
• The Octagon Room is not available for community hire.
• We are unable to accommodate any public facing activity or ticketed events.
