The Octagon Room
The stunning baroque Octagon Room is designed for entertaining and has a rich history of hosting dating since 1720. It’s the perfect space to host your special event.
It sits at the heart of a vibrant contemporary art gallery, surrounded by rewilded woods and views of the River Thames. The room hosts magical wedding days, anniversary drinks parties, intimate festive lunches, memorials and celebrations of life.
The Coach House
Once part of the original working stables, today’s Coach House is full of light and character, with large fully openable glass doors leading out on to a courtyard.
The space is perfect for lunches, adult birthday parties and celebration events. We have a projector and sound system for showing slide shows and presentations. It is also a great space to escape and get creative for meetings and away days.
The Training Room
A great space for meetings, away days, planning sessions or board meetings. The Training Room is ideal for up to 20 people and has AV connections, hybrid tech and Wi-Fi.

Availability
- Bookings for private events and weddings are available all year round, including bank holidays.
- Community hire is available Tuesday–Friday.
- We open our diary one calendar year in advance. Available dates will be based around our programme, and not all dates will be available.
- Limited dates are available for exclusive hire of the Octagon Room during gallery closure periods. Otherwise, the gallery remains open to the public during opening hours.

Public events
We do not offer the gallery spaces for any public-facing activity. Only our own events are open to the public.
