Join Orleans House Gallery’s Youth Collective and be part of our first cohort of young creators!
Our Youth Collective is a new creative programme for young people aged 14-17. You’ll contribute ideas, share your perspective and play an active role in the life of the gallery.
Meeting twice a month, the collective will give you a space to build creative confidence, develop leadership skills, make new connections and gain insight into careers in the arts and cultural sector.
Programme Details
- Age: 14-17 years
- Location: Orleans House Gallery, Twickenham
- Dates: Fortnightly Thursdays from 22 October 2026
- Sessions: 10 sessions (October-February)
- Cost: Free
- There is no selection process you just need to register your interest and join
What will I do as part of the Youth Collective?
- Work alongside professional artists and gallery staff
- Explore different creative practices and develop your own ideas
- Learn about creative and cultural careers through hands-on experiences
- Build skills in communication, collaboration and leadership
- Meet like-minded young people from across the borough
- Gain behind-the-scenes access to how cultural organisations work
- Contribute ideas for exhibitions, events and activities
- Explore how galleries work with artists and audiences
- Help shape future opportunities for young people at Orleans House Gallery
