Join us for the opening celebration of Ronald Moody: Sculpting Life, a major exhibition exploring the work and legacy of the Jamaican-born, West London–based sculptor Ronald Moody.
Touring from The Hepworth Wakefield, the exhibition brings together sculpture, writing and poetry to reveal the breadth of Moody’s creative practice. Returning his work to the city where he lived and worked for more than fifty years, the exhibition offers a fresh look at one of the twentieth century’s most remarkable yet overlooked artists.

Live Performance 7pm – Sculpting Sound: Sonic Contours
Curated by Bumi Thomas featuring renowned kora virtuoso and composer Tunde Jegede and harpist Ruby Aspinall.
Through an improvised dialogue between kora and harp, the artists will respond to Moody’s sculptures in real time, exploring themes of memory, migration, ancestry and cultural exchange. Moving through the gallery as a shared acoustic space, this unique performance invites visitors to experience sculpture through sound, creating a powerful conversation between form, movement and music.
