Volunteers are an invaluable part of any experience of visiting Orleans House Gallery. Their help and support is vital in making sure visitors get the best experience when viewing our exhibitions and the Octagon Room, as well as playing a massive role in delivering our service.

From welcoming visitors to the gallery when they first arrive, to captivating them with the tales of the history of the building on our tours, and all the other crucial roles in between, we are indebted to our volunteers for giving us their time and commitment.

Volunteering is incredibly fulfilling and shown to have a positive effect on mental and physical health, as well as being an opportunity to contribute to the local community and meet new people.

We’re always looking for new people to join our growing volunteer group. Do you have a passion for art and want to gain experience in the sector?
