SUMMARY:PlayNation
DESCRIPTION:Featuring the work of 18 young artists from the Access to HE
  course at Richmond Upon Thames College\, this final project show will e
 xplore how art galleries can be made exciting for children and families.
  \n\n Through fine art\, graphics\, sculpture\, architecture and more\
 , this show will present the artistic research and ideas of the students
  through brand new pieces of work. Playful\, imaginative and interactive
 \, this will be an exciting opportunity to see the debut of a fresh coho
 rt of West London artists before they begin to pursue their artistic car
 eers. \n\n Orleans House Gallery has been working with the students fr
 om the Access to HE Course at Richmond Upon Thames College since January
  2021. Through a series of workshops\, creative briefs and interviews\, 
 Orleans House Gallery staff and artists have supported the development o
 f the students’ final project\, PlayNation.  \n\n PlayNation explore
 s how we can bring imagination and playful freedom into galleries. It ha
 s been inspired by the work of Unit Lab and their installation Mirror Sh
