Mindscapes: a Journey through Mental Health – Richmond Borough Mind

From early depictions by artists and writers of their own mental health, to the popular mindful colouring books that help reduce stress, art and mental health are well travelled companions. This exhibition maps out the role art plays for all of us, whether a visual expression of our inner thoughts, a therapeutic process or simply a way to stay connected in the community.
