Let’s Get Creative – Chalking Trees, Mapping Forests
Join artist Gina DeCagna and draw with colourful chalk in the Stables Gallery for our free family event!
Inspired by Gina’s botanical artworks, we will map a rich tapestry of trees directly on the gallery floor. The textured brick floor was once home to the horses of Orleans House. Trace the lines and shapes of this surface and draw a collaborative forest of trees. Together we’ll reflect on memories, history, share tales and connect as we build our forest to showcase our hopes for a greener world.
Let’s Get Creative is aimed at families with children aged 4-11 years, though all are welcome. Sessions are free and run regularly throughout the year. This is a ticketed event and children must be accompanied by an adult throughout the session.
