How can we build a better world: more sustainable, more inclusive and more equal? Artists living and working in the borough of Richmond Upon Thames explore this question in a transformational exhibition.

A global pandemic has brought in its wake personal tragedies, new political narratives and seismic changes to the ways we live and work. There’s never been a moment like this before.

And it’s an opportunity like no other for a fresh start. In this exhibition, artists from across the borough come together to explore new ways of thinking and being, based on what really matters.

What might the new normal look like for society? How can communities create much-needed change? What could the future hold?

This exhibition shares local reflections on these questions, investigating the most pressing issues we face. Each artwork on display is original, for sale, and made in the borough.
