SUMMARY:Alexandra Sivov: Too Much Information… Or Not Enough
DESCRIPTION:Too Much Information… Or Not Enough is an exploration of l
anguage and communication. Acknowledging mass media’s use of attention
-grabbing strategies\, multidisciplinary artist\, Alexandra Sivov adopts
some of the same mischievous tricks in her work. Juxtaposing words and
images\, Alexandra translates the world she experiences through contempo
rary news outlets into her own shifting spectacle.\n\nThrough this exhib
ition\, Alexandra hopes to encourage conversations on the meanings we ge
t or lose\, from all the information we are exposed to. Find out more ab

art of Orleans House Gallery’s 2021–2022 Emerging Artists Programm
 e. The Emerging Artists Programme supports early-career artists in the f
 irst 10 years of development.
